Job summary

Leeward Renewable Energy seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead late-stage development, construction, and commissioning of solar, wind, and energy storage projects. This role is remote based with up to 25% travel monthly.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, safety programs, and contractor commitments, and ensure compliance with contractual and environmental requirements across North America.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour qualification preferred.
• Experience managing QA/QC programs on renewable projects.
• 6+ years in renewable energy as PM or equivalent.
• Experience with EPC/BOP contracts and project financing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Lead stakeholders and reporting for workstreams.
• Ensure safety standards and safety culture on site.
• Manage budgets, cashflow, and change orders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across phases.
