Job summary

Telos Corporation seeks a qualified Project Manager to lead integrated program management across defense-related projects from concept to Operations and Maintenance. The role emphasizes managing cost, schedules, risk, and communications in a dynamic, security-focused environment.

Travel: 25% with Ashburn/remote flexibility; required PMI PMP certification and a Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline and 5-7 years of experience or equivalent.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required.
• Experience leading solutions development and implementation projects, preferably in networking, communications, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain Integrated Program Management Plans (IPMP) per contractual requirements and company policies.
• Develop cost and schedule baselines; monitor, report variances and mitigate.
• Identify, categorize, and prioritize risks; plan and implement risk responses.
• Lead project communications; chair status meetings and reviews; manage CDRL documentation.
• Identify and manage project stakeholders to ensure progress.
• Manage project scope and changes per requirements.
• Develop and maintain configuration management baselines.
• Contribute lessons learned and process improvements.
• Ensure staff is fully staffed and trained; manage access and clearances as required.
• Develop Subcontractor Management Plan and oversee supplier activities.
