Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior transformation/change management professional to lead large-scale digital transformation efforts using Gen AI and data-driven insights. You will guide clients through reinvention, translate strategy into change programs, and lead cross-functional teams to embed agile change practices across complex initiatives.

Role requires extensive consulting experience, a track record in technology-enabled change, and willingness to travel up to 80% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in transformational change management.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Consulting, Advisory, or Project-based environments.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients or in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.

Responsibilities

Guide clients through reinvention using technology, automation and Gen AI capabilities.
Translate strategic direction into holistic change strategies.
Build and lead change teams within large-scale reinvention programs and embed continuous change practices.
Use data-driven insights to assess change readiness, adoption, and sentiment.
Design agile change strategies to align culture and ways of working with the future.
