Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead a major organizational transformation in the United States, driving AI-enabled tool implementations and redesign initiatives across multiple teams.

You will coordinate workstreams, manage scope, timeline and budget, deliver executive dashboards, and present risks and outcomes to the C-suite, while guiding change management and end-user training to ensure smooth adoption.

Qualifications

• Senior Project/Program Manager with large-scale transformation experience
• Experience leading organizational design and change initiatives
• Familiarity with AI and automation in PM contexts
• Knowledge of PM methodologies used in large organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side program execution for organizational redesign and AI tool implementation
• Coordinate multiple workstreams in a visible strategic transformation
• Define scope, timeline, budget, and resource needs; manage the plan end-to-end
• Provide dashboards and executive summaries on progress, budget, and milestones
• Present updates to C-suite and key stakeholders; facilitate decision-making
• Oversee testing, end-user training, and change management activities
• Identify implementation risks, track issues to resolution, and elevate blockers
