Job summary

Trissential is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own a complex, high-visibility program in a fully remote environment across the United States. Role emphasizes strong financial management, governance, and executive communication with multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior program leadership, and at least 2 years in corrections, criminal justice, or public safety, plus PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level program and/or project management experience for complex initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years in corrections, criminal justice, or public safety.
• Experience leading multimillion-dollar programs with strong governance and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of a large-scale program.
• Develop and maintain program plans aligning projects, workstreams, resources, vendors, milestones and dependencies.
• Own program financial management including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Direct resource management across teams, demand forecasting, and allocation.
• Establish governance, reporting structures, decisions, and escalation paths.
• Prepare executive-level status reports on delivery, finances, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Oversee vendor performance and integration of COTS or third-party solutions.
