Job summary

Apogee Global RMS is seeking a Program Manager/Project Manager to oversee engineering and logistics initiatives for Navy and defense programs, from planning through execution.

The role requires a seasoned leader with a strong technical foundation and proven ability to manage complex submarine systems and mission-critical programs, including cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering.
• 10+ years of Program/Project management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing engineering and logistics programs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Submarine Sail and Towed Antenna Systems.
• Experience with system analysis, testing, and evaluation of submarine systems.
• Active SECRET Security Clearance or ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET Clearance.

Position Summary

This Program Manager/Project Manager will oversee engineering and logistics initiatives, requiring a seasoned leader with a strong technical foundation and proven experience managing complex defense programs from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Support mission‑critical programs involving Submarine Sail and Towed Antenna Systems—requiring disciplined program leadership, technical coordination, and stakeholder engagement across Navy and engineering environments.
• Oversee engineering and logistics initiatives, requiring a seasoned leader with strong technical foundation and proven experience managing complex defense programs from planning through execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 10 years of Program/Project management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing engineering and logistics programs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the development and management of Submarine Sail and Towed Antenna Systems.
• Experience with system analysis, testing, and evaluation of submarine systems.
• Active SECRET Security Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET Clearance.
