We're looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager - Product Operations & NPI to join our Product Management team.

Reporting to the Vice President of Product Operations & NPI, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and orchestrating the execution of multiple product development and launching programs to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes


• Providing consistent updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and milestones


• Optimizing operational processes to improve collaboration, scalability, and organizational impact


• Acting as a central liaison for cross-functional alignment, addressing program risks, and resolving bottlenecks proactively


• Fostering a culture of iterative improvement by ensuring feedback is integrated into process refinements

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or NPI; preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity industries


• Demonstrated ability to manage complex new product introductions and programs


• Advanced users on Asana, Smartsheet and Jira


• Strong cross-functional coordination skills with exceptional communication and stakeholder management expertise


• U.S. citizenship due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools


• A track record of risk mitigation and operational excellence


• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$115,000—$165,000 USD
