Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager, Product Engineering to deliver a large, complex program within the GTO Product Engineering PMO.

You will partner with Product Engineering leadership to drive prioritized initiatives across web, mobile, reservation systems, CRM, data warehouse, and marketing technology. This is an execution-facing leadership role emphasizing influence over authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or related field.
• 8-10 years of project and program management experience in product engineering or technology delivery.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream programs across web, mobile, reservation systems, CRM, data warehouse and marketing tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs across multiple technology domains, owning end-to-end delivery.
• Plan and execute product roadmaps, aligning with governance and budgets.
• Escalate and document blockages with clear commitments and actions.
• Understand dependencies, environments and infra to explain blockers to executives.
• Proactively manage risks, scope shifts and new dependencies.
• Close every program forum with an action matrix and follow up before due dates.
• Own program financials, including budgeting, forecasting and benefits tracking.
• Manage vendors and SIs, including SOWs, changes and performance reviews.
• Provide executive-ready reporting with high fidelity and no padding.
• Coach program staff on delivery standards and reporting discipline.
• Oversee testing strategy, release planning, hypercare and transition to support.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, data, QA, and process owners.
• Engage with business partners and change management on adoption.
• Maintain data in portfolio tools and share lessons learned with Center of Excellence.
