Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) is seeking a Program Manager, Product Engineering to drive delivery of a large, complex program across web, mobile, reservation systems, CRM, data warehouse, and marketing technology.

Reporting to the Director of the Product Engineering PMO, you will lead program managers and workstream leads through influence, set delivery standards, and ensure executive-ready reporting across brands including Norwegian, Oceania, and Regent.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years of project and program management experience in product engineering or technology delivery.
• Experience delivering programs involving web, mobile, reservation systems, CRM, data warehouse, and marketing technology is required.
• Demonstrated ability to influence in a matrix organization and drive programs to completion.
• Technical fluency to challenge vendor and engineering estimates and explain blockers to executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage programs across multiple technology domains, owning end-to-end delivery across projects and workstreams.
• Plan and prioritize product roadmaps; maintain the integrated program plan across workstreams.
• Resolve cross-team blockers with accountable owners and document agreements.
• Review status with workstreams, engineering, and vendors; understand dependencies and technical footprint.
• Address risks, scope shifts, and dependencies as soon as they surface.
• Close every program forum with a documented action matrix and follow up before due dates.
• Own program financials including capital and operating expense forecasting, actuals, variance analysis, and benefits tracking.
• Manage software vendors and systems integrators; handle SOWs, change orders, performance, and escalation.
• Provide executive-ready reporting with high fidelity and no padding.
• Coach project managers and workstream leads; enforce delivery standards.
• Own testing strategy, release planning, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Partner with change management on engagement and adoption.
• Maintain program data in portfolio tools and share reusable assets.
