Job summary

CASES, in partnership with the NYC Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead pretrial and diversion initiatives. You will coordinate among non-profit providers, city agencies, and researchers to ensure effective operation and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and data reporting skills, with deep knowledge of NYC's criminal justice system. This is a full-time role based in New York City with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• BA in relevant field; Master's preferred; minimum four years full-time experience in criminal justice or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of the NYC criminal justice system and its operations.
• Experience designing and implementing innovative criminal justice programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage pretrial and alternative-to-incarceration programs and coordinate with providers, stakeholders, and city agencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, nonprofits, prosecutors, defense attorneys, judges, and communities.
• Facilitate meetings to improve programs and develop performance metrics for oversight and communications.
• Work with MOCJ to develop interventions addressing diversion needs for open cases.
• Collaborate with Research to track program outcomes and report progress.
