Job summary

The Center for Justice Innovation in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Program Manager for Project Reset to lead daily operations, supervise intake specialists and case managers, and coordinate with court partners and community organizations. The role includes outreach, group facilitation, and developing new curricula with program leadership.

You will guide staff, ensure data quality, and drive improvements while engaging with diverse stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the Center’s diversion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in a criminal court or related legal-system setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred; experience facilitating groups and case management preferred.
• Knowledge of courthouse operations and legal terminology is a plus; bilingual English–Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to intake specialists, case managers, staff, and interns.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for Reset and same-day programming.
• Coordinate with Diversion leadership to refine policies and practices.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with court partners and community subcontractors.
• Develop and deliver group programming for Project Reset participants.
