Job summary

Center for Justice Innovation in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Program Manager for Project Reset to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise intake specialists and case managers, coordinate with court partners, and help develop new curricula. Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead meetings, ensure service delivery, and advance data quality, evaluation, and participant outcomes across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a criminal court or related legal-system setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience facilitating groups, providing case management, crisis intervention, and resource navigation preferred.
• Knowledge of courthouse operations and legal terminology is a plus.
• Bilingual (English–Spanish) preferred.
• Strong understanding of diversion models and familiarity with criminal legal system stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to Intake Specialists, Case Managers, temporary staff, and interns.
• Facilitate team meetings to strengthen communication and problem-solving.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure effective service delivery.
• Develop staffing plans and coverage for programs.
• Collaborate with diversion leadership to refine policies and practices.
• Monitor team performance and participant trends, implementing improvements.
• Manage team caseloads and reassign cases as needed.
• Coordinate with court partners to promote program utilization.
• Provide outreach and group programming for participants.
