GFT in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Power Delivery Practice. You will lead multi-disciplinary design teams, drive program growth, and ensure on-schedule delivery for major utility clients.

You will mentor project teams, develop budgets and governance structures, and present status updates to executives. The role requires exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Professional Engineer license or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience conceptualizing and delivering projects.
• Familiarity with program/project types and requirements.
• Proficiency with BlueBeam Revu, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the program.
• Lead diverse design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Monitor KPIs such as backlog, utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor staff and recruit talent to expand capabilities.
• Present to executives and stakeholders with clear status updates.
