Job summary

Capstone Recruitment Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a full-time, client-facing role based in San Jose, CA. You will lead a portfolio of North American workplace projects, ranging from 5,000 sq. ft. to 250,000 sq. ft., with three days per week at the San Jose office and hybrid flexibility.

You’ll work directly with a major technology client, providing both program oversight and hands-on project leadership while building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive program management and client-side project management experience.
• Experience delivering corporate workplace interiors.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different locations.
• Ability to oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, risk and reporting.
