A boutique, international project and program management consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Program Manager to support one of its key technology clients in San Jose.

This is a senior, client-facing position offering the opportunity to take ownership of a North American workplace program, managing office interior projects ranging from 5,000 sq. ft. to 250,000 sq. ft.

The successful candidate will be dedicated full-time to the client, acting as a trusted partner and providing strategic program leadership across a geographically dispersed portfolio of workplace projects.

The Opportunity

Working directly with a major global technology client, you’ll oversee a portfolio of corporate office interior projects across North America, providing both program-level oversight and hands‑on client-side project leadership.

Projects will range significantly in size and complexity, from smaller 5,000 sq. ft. workplace projects through to major 250,000 sq. ft. office developments and renovations.

This is a full-time dedicated client assignment, making it particularly well suited to someone who enjoys developing a deep understanding of a client's real estate program and building long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders.

You’ll be expected to spend approximately three days per week at the client's San Jose office, with flexibility around the remainder of the working week.

The ideal candidate will be operating at Senior Program Manager or Director level, with substantial experience managing corporate workplace and office interior programs.

You should bring:

• Extensive program management and client-side project management experience
• A strong track record delivering corporate workplace / office interiors
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different locations
• Ability to oversee projects ranging from 5,000 to 250,000 sq. ft.
• Strong experience managing senior client and internal stakeholder relationships
• Confidence overseeing consultants, designers, contractors and wider project teams
• Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, procurement, risk and reporting
• The ability to balance strategic program oversight with hands‑on project management
• Experience working with major corporate or technology clients would be highly advantageous
