Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the NGABS program in Franklin, MA, overseeing development, FAT, and production to meet mission requirements, budget, and schedule.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, program management, and compliance with FAR/DFAR; responsibilities include stakeholder coordination, risk management, IMS/WBS creation, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of Project/Program Management experience leading development and/or production programs for US Federal Government.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent.
• Advanced working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, SOWs and related contract documents.
• Proven track record managing high-risk, high-cost programs with complex customer and subcontractor relationships.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear acceptance criteria and manage scope.
• Travel up to 15% and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the NGABS program from development through FAT and production, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Liaise with military users, industry partners, and government agencies to align requirements.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources; develop WBS and IMS.
• Lead program resources and cross-functional team coordination.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, ensure compliance with acquisition and safety standards.
• Oversee testing and evaluations to refine the NGABS program.
• Maintain MS Schedule and report ETC to completion; control expenditures per budget.
• Travel up to 15% for program requirements.
