Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Franklin, MA to lead the NGABS program from development to production, ensuring it meets mission requirements, budget, and schedule. You will oversee the design, integration of technologies, and field deployment aligned with Army needs.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on program management experience in defense. Travel up to 15% and ability to obtain DOD clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading development and/or production programs in support of the US Federal Government.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent.
• Advanced working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, SOW’s, Performance Specifications, Performance Documents (PD).
• Proven track record of managing programs with challenging technical, schedule, and cost requirements with complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills; able to lead diverse teams.
• Willing to travel up to 15% and to obtain/maintain a DOD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the NGABS program from development through production, coordinating with the Program Acquisition Executive Maneuver Ground and other stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources; develop WBS and IMS for scope management.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and regulatory compliance with acquisition rules.
• Oversee testing, evaluations, and feedback loops to refine the NGABS before full adoption.
• Maintain MS Schedule and report program performance to leadership.
