Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years in program integration, coordination, or scheduling in aerospace/defense/engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and strong integrated master scheduling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration by maintaining integrated master schedules across teams.
• Monitor progress and provide data-driven updates to leadership.
• Coordinate across program management, engineering, manufacturing and operations.
• Identify risks and mitigate resource conflicts.
• Monitor program metrics and present updates to leadership.
• Maintain documentation, configuration, and reporting standards.
