Catholic Charities seeks a culturally responsive, trauma-informed Program Manager III to lead at Endeavors residence site in Minneapolis, providing high-level program management and leadership.

You will oversee multiple programs, budgets, staffing, and contracts, ensure accreditation and compliance, collaborate with HR and Development, and advance goals through data reporting and community outreach.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 5 years minimum of relevant experience.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance coverage.
• Ability to work with diverse and/or low-income populations, including those who may be experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, and/or mental illness.
• Current social work licensure (or eligibility), if required by program.
• Must have at least three (3) years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures the program meets accreditation, licensing and best practice standards.
• Ensures data tracking and compliance requirements are met. Prepares reports and statistical information as requested.
• Recruits, hires, coaches, reviews, supervises and terminates program staff. Builds team of professional colleagues.
• Collaborates with the Volunteer Coordinator in the placement of volunteers and interns.
• Responsible for reviewing and ensuring the relevance, accuracy, and timeliness of data and reporting for accountability and client outcomes.
• Develops and implements program vision and goals in coordination with supervisor.
• Connects with the community via outreach to ensure information is accessible.
• Monitors contracts/grants with Development staff as required.
• Develops and implements multiple and/or complex program strategies and goals.
• Ensures timely completion of program billing.
• Manages multiple program budgets and contracts.
• Develops outcome evaluation plans with agency stakeholders.
• Maintains relationships with external contract managers.
• Other duties as assigned
