Job summary

ISN Corporation seeks a Program Manager to oversee a government contract involving multi-family mortgage servicing tasks and activities. You will recruit, lead, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and security standards.

Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, schedules, budgets, and reporting, while collaborating with leadership and the government agency to deliver mission-critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven (7) years in commercial multi-family mortgage servicing management, escrow and taxes, loss mitigation, default, and risk management.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience with knowledge of FAR.
• Excellent attention to detail, strategic thinking, and clear communication to align contractor performance with agency missions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview, lead, manage, train, and evaluate staff; recommend program improvements.
• Use information technology systems for mortgage servicing and reporting.
• Manage project lifecycles, schedules, and budgets; contract administration.
• Deliver results to the government by providing required resources and support in a secure environment.
• Demonstrate leadership to ensure program compliance with performance standards and security requirements.
• Prepare and submit contract deliverable reports.
• Collaborate with all levels of company leadership, operations, program support, and the government agency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff regarding employees, program changes, and workload.
• Manage surge capacity with workload as needed.
