Job summary

ISN is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a government contract involving multi-family mortgage servicing tasks. The role emphasizes recruiting, leading, and evaluating staff, with responsibility for IT systems, budgeting, and contract administration.

Strong FAR knowledge and leadership are essential. The position requires collaboration across company leadership and government partners, ensuring compliance, timely reporting, and secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years documented relevant experience in commercial multi-family mortgage servicing management, escrow and taxes, loss mitigation, default, and risk management.
• 5+ years documented relevant experience with knowledge of government FAR.
• Must possess exceptional attention to detail, strategic thinking, and clear communication abilities.
• Able to pass ISN and Government background checks.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview, lead, manage, train, and evaluate staff, and recommend program improvements.
• Utilize IT systems for mortgage servicing, reporting, etc.
• Manage project lifecycles, schedules, and budgets; contract administration.
• Deliver positive results to the government agency with adequate resources and support.
• Ensure the program complies with contractual performance standards, processes, and security requirements.
• Prepare reports and submit contract deliverable reports.
• Collaborate with company leadership, operations, program support, and the government agency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to program and management staff.
• Manage surge capacity with workload as needed.
