Job summary

ISN Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a government contract for multi-family mortgage servicing tasks and activities in Idaho. You will recruit, lead, and develop staff while ensuring contract performance and compliance with security requirements.

You will collaborate with executives, operations, and the government agency to deliver timely results, manage budgets, and drive strategic growth across federal programs.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in commercial multi-family mortgage servicing, escrow, taxes, loss mitigation, default, and risk management.
• Five+ years of experience with knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication abilities to align contractor performance with agency missions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview, lead, manage, train, and evaluate staff.
• Utilize information technology systems for mortgage servicing, reporting, etc.
• Manage project lifecycles, schedules, and budgets, along with contract administration.
• Deliver positive results to the government agency by providing the resources and support required to succeed in a secure, production-focused environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership to ensure the program is compliant with contractual performance standards, defined processes, and security requirements.
• Prepare reports as needed and submit contract deliverable reports.
• Work collaboratively with all levels of company leadership, operations, program support, and the government agency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to program and management staff regarding employees, program changes, and workload concerns.
• Manage surge capacity with the workload as needed.
