The role requires 8+ years in program or project management, experience with defense or high-tech programs, and strong leadership, communication, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in defense, aerospace, satellite, or high-technology programs.
• Experience leading integrated teams and multiple subcontractors in a matrixed environment.
• Strong program financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, EAC, cash flow, margins.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe project management methods.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
• Experience with change management, risk and opportunity management, and conflict resolution.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead several concurrent mission-critical programs with accountability for performance and customer outcomes.
• Own full program execution across scope, schedule, cost, technical performance, and risk.
• Direct cross-functional teams spanning engineering, contracts, finance, and supply chain.
• Manage program lifecycle from award through initiation, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Develop and maintain baselines (WBS, IMS, PM plans, baselines) and ensure governance.
• Drive financial performance through budgets, forecasts, EAC/ETC, and cash flow management.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders; manage changes, escalations, and risks.
• Provide visibility into health, performance, risks, and corrective actions.
