SES Space & Defense is seeking a program management professional to lead complex aerospace and government programs, coordinating across engineering, contracts, finance, and supply chain. You will drive execution, manage risk, and communicate with government customers to ensure contractual commitments are met.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and program controls in a highly regulated environment, with opportunities for leadership and impact on mission-critical satellite programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant government/aerospace experience.
• Experience leading projects, IPTs, cost accounts, or cross-functional execution.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycle: planning, scheduling, risk, budgeting.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable plans and drive execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex aerospace/government programs across cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional IPTs across engineering, contracts, finance, supply chain, and partners.
• Manage risk, customer expectations, and program priorities in fast-moving environments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and Earned Value Management tracking.
• Interface with government customers to communicate status and resolve issues.
• Drive change management, baselines, and documentation of scope modifications.
• Prepare proposals, business plans, and contract terms.
