Job summary

SES Space & Defense in Reston, VA seeks a program management professional to lead complex government and aerospace programs, coordinating across engineering, finance, contracts, and supply chain to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience supporting U.S. Government or aerospace programs

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate across IPTs to ensure alignment to contractual, cost, and schedule objectives
• Manage program execution, risk, and priorities across engineering, contracts, finance, supply chain and external partners
• Interface with government customers and stakeholders to communicate status and resolve issues
• Support budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM) tracking
• Present program metrics and updates to leadership and customers
