Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the RAM program in the United States.

You will influence resource allocation and manage costs and revenue to meet budget targets, leading a large team and interfacing with customers to align mission goals with roadmaps. Responsibilities include coordinating across RAM leadership, driving agile software delivery, and partnering with business development to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale projects across multiple teams.
• Proven leadership across technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong financial acumen and revenue awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to executives.
• US Citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in Agile software development, Scrum, PI planning, backlog refinement.
• 10+ years of related work experience with a BA/BS.
• Experience managing sub-contractors and/or vendors.
• PMP Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution and collaborate across RAM leadership to meet objectives.
• Lead a large team to develop mission-critical systems achieving strong results.
• Participate in roadmap discussions; integrate industry experience into solutions.
• Lead program status meetings including finance, staffing, invoicing and objectives.
• Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Coordinate with Agile team to improve processes with Chief Engineer/Architect/Release Engineer.
