• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies to executive level positions.
• US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution and collaborate across the RAM leadership team to execute objectives.
• Lead a large team of talented professionals to develop our customers’ mission critical systems to achieve better business results.
• Participate in roadmap discussions and incorporate industry experience into solutions and proposed improvements.
• Lead program status meetings that include finance, staffing, invoicing, and other program objectives.
• Partner with a Business Development Lead to identify opportunities and mitigate risk to create sustainable program growth.
• Coordinate closely with the Agile team to manage and improve team processes, collaborating routinely with Chief Engineer, Chief Architect and Release Engineer to ensure cohesive planning, execution, and delivery across the Agile software development.
