Messer Canada Inc. is seeking a Program Manager II for Metals, Glass & Industrial Manufacturing to drive growth of MGIM through leadership of the application engineering sales team, strategic planning, and close collaboration with customers and Messer sales teams.

The role supports the industry director and participates in developing long-term strategy and annual plans. The position emphasizes leading technical sales efforts, delivering value-driven proposals, and managing key relationships

Qualifications

• Build a high-performing application engineering sales team with technical expertise and customer processes.
• Collaborate with development to train and support field engineers.
• Coach engineers on value-driven, professional proposals and competitive deals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth in MGIM sub-industries.
• Understand market drivers and strategic plans for metals, glass, and advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MGIM application engineering sales team to grow the business.
• Support the industry director in achieving annual performance goals.
• Develop long-term strategy and annual plans.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and trade shows.
