Job summary

Seattle Credit Union in the Greater Seattle area seeks a Senior Member Consultant to enhance the member experience. You will be a strategic thinker with a bias toward action and a track record of driving improvements.

You will apply knowledge of credit union products, services, IRAs, and digital channels to educate members, lead projects, mentor others, and build relationships across branches and the community.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent training/experience.
• Two+ years of banking/credit union experience.
• Proven track record with financial sales products.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Reg B, Reg E, Reg D, Reg CC, Reg Z, and BSA.

Responsibilities

• Back up all Member Representative and Member Consultant duties as needed.
• Understand credit union products/services/policies and digital channels.
• Handle inquiries across in-person, phone, text, chat, or email.
• Guide members toward financial products and solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and promote collaboration across branches.
