Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of new product development and sustaining programs, from proposal through launch and post-launch surveillance. You will be the single accountable owner for program delivery, coordinating R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, Marketing, and Commercial teams.

The role requires the ability to drive milestones, manage stage gates, and deliver on time with quality in a regulated medical device

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years in product development, program or project management.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs end to end.
• Experience in regulated medical device, IVD, diagnostics, or life science instrumentation.
• Fluency with stage gate medical device development, design controls, and risk management within ISO 13485 / FDA QMSR.
• Experience managing both new product development and sustaining/lifecycle programs.
• Proven ability to hold senior cross-functional leaders accountable without direct authority.
• Strong command of program management tooling, schedule and critical path management, and executive-level status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated cross-functional program plan across all stages.
• Drive milestone accountability and recovery plans.
• Lead core team meetings and decisions to closure.
• Maintain a single source of truth for status reporting.
• Manage program budget and forecast financials.
• Oversee Stage Gate governance and gate reviews.
• Manage sustaining and lifecycle programs post‑release.
• Ensure quality by design and compliance with regulations.
• Risk, issue and dependency management across programs.
• Cross-functional leadership in a matrixed organization.
