Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
• Strong ability to think outside the box and develop solutions to complex issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the introduction of new projects and programs; be the single point of contact for customer communication.
• Lead development of account plans with Business Development Manager and manage sales pipeline.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to increase team efficiency.
• Lead a portfolio of programs, from small to large projects with sub-projects.
• Develop validation strategies for new products and transfers.
