Job summary

The role leads a team of project managers, ensuring alignment with Oceaneering Technologies and ADTECH strategic objectives, with attention to risk, budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, with a major in an Engineering discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
• 10+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a projectized matrix environment.
• PMP/CAPM (or Govt Equivalent) Certification or achieved within 3 years.
• Have and maintain Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex programs consistent with Oceaneering values and guidelines with respect to safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and business ethics.
• Apply knowledge of program and project management competencies to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks, procurement and stakeholders.
• Lead the program team to meet project objectives and assign tasks as guided by the program plan.
• Develop and monitor inter-connected projects; Coordinate cross-project activities; Prepare reports for program directors.
