Job summary

Oceaneering Aerospace and Defense Technologies (AdTech) seeks a senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs ensuring safety, quality, and ethics. You will guide project integration, manage budgets, and coordinate multi-team efforts to meet strategic objectives for offshore energy, space, and defense programs.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in PM, Top Secret clearance, and strong communication skills, with experience in matrix organizations and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Extensive shipboard systems, operations, and maritime capabilities experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years of stakeholder engagement in a projectized matrix environment.
• PMP/CAPM (or Govt Equivalent) Certification or achieved within 3 years.
• Top Secret security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and work independently.
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex programs with safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and business ethics.
• Apply program and project integration across scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks, procurement and stakeholders.
• Lead the program team and set clear expectations for project managers.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure alignment with Oceaneering's objectives.
• Develop deadlines, budgets, and performance reports for directors.
• Oversee vendor management and business development to support strategic objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and process improvements.
