Job summary

Keel, United States-based, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary programs, driving on‑time, high‑quality delivery and financial performance. You will align cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance with customer commitments.

Responsibilities include governance, metrics, reporting to executives, risk mitigation, and managing work orders, change requests, and invoicing while collaborating with manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive program management experience; 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments; welding/plate fabrication preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of planning, critical path, risk mitigation, and finance oversight.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and Office suite essential.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and executive reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of programs within budget and schedule.
• Own program performance metrics and provide executive-level reporting.
• Develop and communicate program strategies, roadmaps, and plans.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide leadership across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and quality.
• Oversee work orders, change requests, and customer invoicing with financial controls.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and pursue improvements in quality and profitability.
• Create program documentation and updates for reviews; manage data and configuration control.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to meet program objectives; mentor junior staff.
