Job summary

Johnson Service Group seeks a Program Manager for a contract manufacturing client in Milpitas to act as liaison between customers and manufacturing, driving program execution, customer satisfaction, and profitability while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will lead customer-focused meetings, manage all phases of programs, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with ISO standards, SAP systems, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or high-tech environment (10+).
• Previous Program Management experience required.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, CPI, CRM, and SAP.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer focus team meetings to drive action items and requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts and manufacturing sites.
• Manage all phases of customer program execution to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet schedules, quality standards and business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Manage project plans to meet schedule, cost, and delivery targets.
• Act as the SAP Super User for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, customer requirements, and ISO standards.
• Partner with business leaders and operations teams to resolve issues and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Support contract reviews and negotiations to strengthen partnerships.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and business updates; lead QBRs with customers.
• Voice of the Customer within the organization.
