Job summary

Supermicro in San Jose, CA seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs, coordinating scheduling, cost analysis, early access, and first customer shipment. You will work closely with Sales, Production, and Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires exceptional project management and communication skills, with experience in NPI, ECO, and material planning to drive improvements across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in contract manufacturing, product development, project management, QA, or procurement support.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key OEM customers for turnkey manufacturing services.
• Drive production planning, material readiness, shortages prevention, and on-time order fulfillment.
• Coordinate cross-functional team tasks across Sales, Production, PM, and Purchasing.
• Assist with NPI, FAI, and ECO scheduling and material planning.
• Monitor forecast demands and maintain material schedules to prevent shortages.
