Job summary

Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Manager II, Program Management to steer a late-stage drug development program from Phase 2b/3 through regulatory submission and launch readiness.

You will manage cross-functional strategy, integrated development planning, and critical path execution to achieve pivotal trial readouts and successful filings. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in biotech/pharma development, 5+ years in program management, and strong communication skills; PMP/PgMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of product development experience in biotech/pharma.
• At least 5+ years in a project/program management role.
• GxP/ICH knowledge and health authority interactions.
• Ability to pivot with changing priorities across programs and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross-functional program strategy and development plans.
• Maintain integrated program timelines for clinical, regulatory, CMC, quality, nonclinical, medical affairs, and commercial activities.
• Lead pivotal Phase 3 planning, database lock, and topline readouts.
• Drive regulatory submission planning and execution with Regulatory Affairs.
• Support launch readiness planning across clinical development, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial.
