Job summary

CMTS LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale capital construction programs. You will oversee multiple complex projects, manage project teams including OARs, and ensure timely delivery within budget and to District standards.

You will lead contract administration, dispute resolution, and stakeholder coordination across districts and departments, driving program success with strong leadership and expert scheduling and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management with CCM goal.
• Extensive PM experience on large capital construction programs.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
