Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a senior Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of interrelated IT projects and large-scale initiatives. You will lead programs with budgets up to $20 million, coordinating with technology, clinical teams, and governance bodies to drive action plans and approvals.

You will mentor staff, promote a program-focused culture, and ensure delivery in line with Mayo Clinic methodologies. Some travel may be required as we form and launch new ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred with extensive PM experience.
• Active PMP, PgMP, CBAP or equivalent certification within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs with budgets up to $20M and matrix supervise staff.
• Engage institutional committees to align priorities and approvals.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, following Mayo Clinic methodologies.
