Responsibilities

• The Senior PM works independently, planning, directing, coordinating, and delivering major, complex projects through the full life cycle.
• Lead portfolio execution for Pharmacy Intelligence & Automation and coordinate analytics, AI, reporting, and optimization initiatives.
• Provide program leadership, governance, roadmaps, executive communications, and benefits realization for enterprise pharmacy initiatives.
• Monitor budgets, ensure adherence to guidelines, and manage risk with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Support portfolio governance, strategic planning, and organizational change management.
• Monitor Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement practices; guide teams on Agile values and practices.
