Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas preferred.
• 9+ years of experience in land development or related engineering fields.
• Strong project management experience with multiple projects and client relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to mentor staff and direct resources positively.
• Proven ability to manage land development projects profitably.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office.
• Must complete Kleinfelder's project management qualifications within 1 year.

• Lead the design team and project management of land development projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors.
• Oversee a design team, delegate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects within budget and schedule while meeting client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs, maintain high satisfaction, and identify new opportunities.
• Resolve issues to keep projects on track and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop new business relationships with potential clients.
