GPAC is seeking a senior Land Development Project Manager in Austin to own a portfolio of site development projects and lead a team of engineers and designers.

You will serve as the main client contact, drive business development, and oversee grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design. This role requires a Texas PE license or ability to obtain by comity and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Civil Engineering and a Texas PE license (or ability to obtain by comity).
• 10+ years of land development experience with project management.
• Proven client management and business development track record.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple land development projects from pursuit and due diligence through construction administration.
• Serve as the main client contact and grow long-term client relationships.
• Direct grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design and sign and seal plans.
• Lead entitlement and permitting with municipal, county, and state agencies.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, fees, and staffing.
• Mentor PEs, EITs, and designers, and drive QA/QC across the team.
• Write proposals and help win new work.
