Job summary

Kleinfelder, a leading engineering firm, is seeking a Program Manager to join its Land Development team in Austin. The role focuses on providing project management and technical support for land development projects and proposals, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and engaging clients in Texas.

You will lead design teams, manage budgets and schedules, develop new client relationships, and help grow Kleinfelder's presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license in Texas.
• 9+ years of land development or related engineering experience.
• Strong project management skills with multi-project oversight.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience mentoring staff.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to complete Kleinfelder's PM qualifications within one year.

• Lead the design team and project management of land development projects, applying sound engineering principles to deliver solutions.
• Oversee a design team, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects, staying within budget, on time, and meeting client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, ensure high satisfaction, and identify opportunities.
• Resolves issues to keep projects on track.
• Manage relationships with key clients.
• Develop new business relationships with new clients.
