Job summary

North Carolina Department of Adult Correction seeks a Human Services Program Manager III to lead and coordinate behavioral health programs across facilities in the South-Central Region. The role entails direct clinical supervision, program design, and evaluation to address complex offender needs.

The position requires a Master’s degree (or relevant Bachelor’s with extensive experience), strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team

• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee behavioral health programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall program management and supervision of behavioral health services for offenders.
• Provide direct clinical supervision of staff and ensure compliance with state psychology board requirements.
• Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of psychologists and support staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality assurance and program effectiveness.
