Job summary

NorthCare seeks a leader to supervise program staff serving children, families, and adults. You will oversee daily operations, staff performance, and documentation while ensuring compliance and quality care across behavioral and physical health services.

You will train staff, participate in meetings, and promote trauma-informed, evidence-based practices within a recovery-focused, client-centered framework. Local travel and licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field.
• Oklahoma licensure in a mental health discipline and 2+ years in human services leadership preferred, or a Bachelor's with case management certification and 3+ years leadership experience.
• Maintain licensure/certifications as required.
• Role requires flexibility and efficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Word and intermediate computer skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally with English-speaking patients.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to move about facilities freely.
• Casual professional dress per dress code.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Local travel required.
• Must provide Oklahoma driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• Complete NorthCare training within 30 days of employment.
• TB test within 12 months or per policy.
• Adhere to laws, standards and ethics applicable to job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead assigned program staff and operations.
• Hires staff, assigns duties, reviews workloads and performance.
• Oversees documentation, charting and compliance with policies.
• Develops and expands programs to meet community needs.
• Provides clinical supervision and staff education.
• Maintains professional licensure and participates in quality assurance.
