Responsibilities include evaluating programs, ensuring compliance, liaising with customers and suppliers, and developing customized solutions for client needs. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of related experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
• Security Clearance and background check requirements determined by the contract.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation for work-related travel.
• Preferred: Experience working with people with disabilities.
• Preferred: One year of direct management experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute programs meeting the organization’s mission and needs.
• Supervise program staff to ensure service quality.
• Develop customized solutions for client needs.
• Participate in program evaluation using data analysis.
• Ensure services comply with applicable standards and regulations.
• Liaise between customer and supplier for product sourcing.
• Create schedules and deliverables, identifying resources.
• Prepare evaluation/assessment reports and other documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
