Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Program Manager for our client, a highly regarded non‑profit organization in Seattle, Washington. This is a wonderful full‑time, hybrid, direct‑hire position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr – $94,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Community Partnerships & Engagement
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community‑based, social service, and healthcare organizations serving older adults and their families
  • Identify community resources that support participant health and wellbeing
  • Coordinate and deliver informational activities, including one‑on‑one meetings and community events
  • Participate in community meetings and ensure timely, accurate information sharing with partners and contractors
Program Management, Compliance & Reporting
  • Oversee program operations, including staff orientation, training, and ongoing professional development
  • Monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with grant requirements and allowable expenses
  • Maintain knowledge of grant policies, procedures, and coordinated service requirements
  • Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports to funders and stakeholders
  • Support grant proposals, grant reporting, and other program documentation in collaboration with the development team
  • Partner with research and evaluation teams to assess outcomes and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with policy teams to identify and support initiatives that improve health outcomes locally
  • Work with public affairs teams to develop mission‑aligned program materials
Clinical Collaboration & Wraparound Care
  • Partner with clinical staff and care coordination teams to ensure high‑quality case management
  • Support integrated, wraparound care for patients and program participants
Qualifications

Compensation

This position offers a salary range of $90,000‑$94,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.
