ServiceSource is seeking a Program Manager to implement and administer multiple programs for a nonprofit organization. You will supervise project groups, align actions with long-term objectives, and provide authoritative guidance while consulting across areas.
The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with high-quality outcomes. Travel and collaboration with diverse teams are expected.

Implements and administers one or more programs for an association, non-profit, or similar organization. Program Managers are strategic individuals who supervises groups of projects and focuses on long term business objectives. Serves as a leader of authority with expert level knowledge in one or more areas. Makes authoritative decisions and recommendations. Plans, organizes and guides projects and subordinate employees. May be called on to consult in other areas.

Executes programs that meet the needs of the organization’s target population and that are in alignment with the organizations stated mission. Supervises the work of program staff to ensure the quality of service is provided. Assist in the development of customized solutions to individual client needs. Participates in program evaluation by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance matrix. Ensures all services provided are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Serves as a liaison between the customer and supplier for product sourcing. Implement project management proficiencies by creating schedules, deliverables, and identifying new available resources. Complete in an accurate and timely manner, all evaluation/assessment reports, progress reports, case notes, incident reports, attendance, and other supporting documentation. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Frequent use of vision, hearing, and manual dexterity is required to complete administrative, supervisory, and documentation responsibilities.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
