Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. in Menlo Park, CA seeks a Program Manager III onsite to lead the IDC Leadership Dashboard project, coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering to deliver milestones and ensure data quality.

You will lead daily stand-ups, manage the backlog, and coordinate weekly leadership updates, while aligning stakeholders and ensuring governance across data domains.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data platform or BI/analytics dashboard programs.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Strong stakeholder communication with senior/executive leadership.
• Familiarity with data infrastructure concepts (Presto, Hive, dashboards, data pipelines).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, DS, DE).
• Experience with issue/bug tracking and release coordination.
• Excellent written communication for drafting commentary, change logs, and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development execution and delivery of the IDC Leadership Dashboard roadmap across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering workstreams.
• Lead daily stand-ups to track progress, surface blockers, and ensure alignment on priorities.
• Manage the product backlog including open bugs, feature requests, and enhancements with prioritization.
• Coordinate weekly status updates to IDC leadership with accurate commentary and latest data context.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Own the change control process with sign-off from IDC leads for dashboard content changes.
• Track and communicate risks, dependencies, and escalations that could impact delivery or data accuracy.
• Maintain communications cadence – stakeholder roadshows, feedback loops, and coordination with business area owners.
• Support data governance processes by coordinating with data owners to improve data maturity.
