Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Cupertino, CA, is seeking a Program Manager IV for a 12-month hybrid assignment. The role leads a CapEx Onboarding Data Integrity program, coordinating internal and external teams and ensuring data accuracy.

You will plan timelines, build cross-functional relations, and manage multiple tasks with a focus on data quality and process alignment. A Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years PM experience in Manufacturing/SC are preferred, with Tableau/Power BI familiarity.

• Understand development needs, set expectations, and monitor user efficiency.
• Keep multiple tasks on track, prioritize, and drive closure without escalation.
• Analyze data-system inputs and ensure data integrity.
